About Jay Oxenham

I'm Jay Oxenham, an Oklahoma Certified Residential Appraiser (license #13758CRA) and owner of Oxenham Appraisals, based right here in Ada.

I've been certified since 2023 and I'm on the FHA appraiser roster. Most of my week is spent appraising homes and land around Ada and Pontotoc County for local banks and lenders. Oxenham Appraisals brings that same work directly to families, executors, attorneys, and homeowners.

Every appraisal is independent. My job is to tell you what the property is worth based on the market, not what anyone hopes it's worth.
